Well I finally did it, I got my upper ear (cartilage) pierced today. I got it done at All In The Family Tattooing in Grand Rapids. It was a very nice place let me tell you. My piercer was Jennifer a very lovely lady, she was very clean (thank God) she washed her hands, changed her gloves three times, and all in all she was just a cool chick. I would recommend this place to anyone. If your wondering it cost $40.00 + $5.00 for Provon the medicated lotion soap which contains Chloroxylenol whatever that means, to clean it. I was kinda nervous when I learned that they weren’t going to be using “the gun” to pierce my ear. Instead, I got to have the pleassure of a beveled needle being shoved through my ear, it didn’t hurt that bad when it was done however, hardcore pain and bruising the next day-OUCH! I took a picture for all of you to see too here it is (click the picture for enlarged view):

As of now the webcam is again working how long this lasts I do not know. The server may be slow to respond hence the long loading times of my page, try hitting refresh a few times that usually does the trick.

Everything was going great until yesterday. It appears Grand Valley has messed with their server and everyone (Chouse included) is having problems FTPing the server. It seems I can do everthing normally (IE. Update my website) but when it comes to my WebCam Uploading software doing it for me it just doesn’t work. The resolution: we wait a day or two and see if its just a temporary problem that will be automatically fixed. So in the mean time I’ll upload one last beautiful image of my wonderful smile, you better get used to seeing it, I have no idea how long it will be there.

Yesterday I had to go to a RHA Conferance (Residents Housing Association) for the recent induction of myself and other members of Copeland into the RHA. When I walked into the Padnos Lecture Hall Room I took a seat 3 rows from the front, a second later a girl sat next to me asking if I was from Copeland. I told her yes and that I was the Vice President, her name was Kirsta she ran for secretary (lost, but I voted for you!) now she was trying to get a new position. Anyway like 3 more people from Copeland came down next to us, Abby, Ben, and Stephanie. I ended up hanging out with them the whole time and it turns out they were really cool. So Abbys friend, Devin was having a party at his house that night and invited us to go, needless to say a party in GrandVille was a rare occasion so of course I jumped on the opportunity. Devin had a really phat house and the party ended up being tight as hell! The bad thing was, is that today I had to get up at 8 AM and be back in the lecture hall at 9 for the rest of the conferance, we’ll just say waking up today was more than difficult, but I made there, for a while anyway. I can’t believe I got to a party that originated at Grand Valley, amazing! Oh ya, the pictures from the party will be here soon
