Current Song: none –This weekend was a lot of fun! Em’s brother had a party at his old house on Charles Street. I can’t get into the specifics because I’m pressed for time. Current Song: 2 Pac Feat. K-Ci & Jo Jo – “Thug N Me” –This is seriously the coolest program I’ve ever seen. The program fuses high-resolution satellite and aerial imagery, elevation data, GPS coordinates, and overlay information about cities and businesses to deliver a streaming, 3D map of the entire globe. You can get street level mapping off the entire United States and home into your own house. The satelite renders pictures up to 1Km above earth in the US (which means I can vividly see Ryan’s red Jeep Cherokee parked in his driveway). This program is off the hook. It’s incredibly expensive if you want to buy it though. 80 bucks a year expensive that is. I’m on the free 30 day trial right now and will probably uninstall it when I’m done. You can also have the map display, restaurants, banks, volcanos, amusement parks, schools, just about anything, it really is amazing. Below I’ve got some pics for you.

Current Song: Craig David – “Walking Away” –Before I completly blow up at The Palace of Auburn Hills and Eminem let me first talk about the fun I had this weekend. On Friday, we celebrated Lindsey’s Birthday here at MSU (where else?) We didn’t do anything too special, just the usual, chillin and drinkin. On Saturday we went to the State game against the stupid Rice Owl’s. State didn’t play too well the first half, but in the 2nd they came out strong and ended up winning like 27-10 I think. Saturday night was CANADA! Lindsey, Erika, Ryan, Emily, Chaz, Brooke, and myself all got a hotel (Days Inn yo). After we got settled in the hotel we went to the Beer Store. I bought a 950mL can of Black Ice and Lindsey bought a 6er of Danny’s Hard Lemonade. After Hotel “fun” We went to Bently’s for the famous mini pitchers of Killer Kool-Aids and Long Islands. Soon there after we headed to The Bad Hare (my personal favorite). We followed up with some more drinks and then a lot of dancin! At 2:30 AM we were kicked out of the club (they closed) and we went back to the hotel and passed out. It was definetly a fun night. All Cabin Party 3 and Canada Pics will be posted within 2 weeks! Now let’s start with Saturday the 8th. Justin, Alex, and I bought tickets to the Eminem (Anger Management Tour Concert) the day they came out. We had main floor tickets, which everyone knows are general admission no seats. So we get to the Palace at about 6:45, stand in line, get inside, sign our waivers, and get our single pink wristband indicating we are on the main floor. Note how I said, “single” wrist band. So the three of us fly down the stairs to the main floor and try walking into the front of the mosh pitt area when we’re stopped by a security gaurd. “You guys are back there.” Excuse me? “Your in the back of the main floor.” Excuse me? The security gaurd finally explained to us that, that fag Eminem only wanted the first 1500 people in the front of the mosh pit because he was filming the concert for his upcoming DVD and didn’t want any ‘mishaps’ happening. Immediatly the 3 of us headed for Custom Relations because frankly we didn’t spend 60 bucks to stand in the back behind/around filming equiptment. We all hoped that since Alex has worked for the Palace for 2.5 years they would be cool and give us a second bracelet to get in the main pit. Enter Customer Relations with Hope behind the desk: Alex knows this old broad and tries explaining to her whats going on. She won’t have it. After she pretty much tells us we’re screwed we decide that we want to get our money back and leave the Palace and not even watch the concert. So, we head to the box office. Enter The Box Office with tons of white trash trying to get tickets at the last minute: We go straight to the fifth window and demand our money back. The lady tells us the Palace was not offering any refunds to the concert tonight. So we demand to to talk to the ladies boss. Enter Big Laura: This lady was pretty understanding and we thought we may have actually gottin through to her when Alex explained that he was on his 2 and a half year of working at the Palace. Laura tells us to wait while she tries to get us 2nd wristbands. She comes back and nothing. We’re screwed. We are stuck with our shitty ass back of the main floor tickets that we paid 60 bucks for. We head back to the main floor, watch Ludacris perform for about 15 minutes, and then Justin starts to get into a fight with a security gaurd. The kid was so mad about his ticket he was going to physically attempt to get serviced. The whack part is, it almost worked. He bitched to the security lady so much she finally said, “follow me” she took us back to the box office and tried getting us our money back. Didn’t work. We then went back to Customer Relations and requested a comment form. We then proceeded to the wristband table, had our bands cut off, got a ticket stub and left the building. Eminem – you are a money hungry bitch that doesn’t give one shit about your fans. Don’t expect me to buy your stupid ass DVD or another one of your records for that matter, I’ll just continue to download your shit illegaly so I know that I am not contributing to your income.
