Current Song: 2 Pac Feat. K-Ci & Jo Jo – “Thug N Me” –This is seriously the coolest program I’ve ever seen. The program fuses high-resolution satellite and aerial imagery, elevation data, GPS coordinates, and overlay information about cities and businesses to deliver a streaming, 3D map of the entire globe. You can get street level mapping off the entire United States and home into your own house. The satelite renders pictures up to 1Km above earth in the US (which means I can vividly see Ryan’s red Jeep Cherokee parked in his driveway). This program is off the hook. It’s incredibly expensive if you want to buy it though. 80 bucks a year expensive that is. I’m on the free 30 day trial right now and will probably uninstall it when I’m done. You can also have the map display, restaurants, banks, volcanos, amusement parks, schools, just about anything, it really is amazing. Below I’ve got some pics for you.
