Current Song: Notorious B.I.G – “Back To Cali” –Tonight the Spartans (#7) lost to number 1 ranked Texas University. Twas a sad, sad day. But it’s ok because you know Cedar Village still rioted. Yep, thats right, MSU has outdone itself again, rioting for really no particular reason, but regardless it was still enjoyable fun, that is, until the tear gas came. I took about 44 pictures, however only 15 made the site. I had to get a pic with some of the cops which I did and I was happy about that. Anyway, check out the riot pictures.

Current TV: “Cheaters” (Why me and Buf are watching this, I do not know) – Last night MSU basketball played Maryland the defending NCAA Basketball Champions, so of course you know we be partying it up and watching the game at Tom’s. Mark was up at MSU visiting so I took him, Erika, and Buf to Tom’s with me. The game was just as amazing as the keg beer was (Michelobe Light?! Who woulda thought?) But anyway, after the game like a thousand people started to riot out front in Cedar Village so of course we all went out to join in. The quote of the night comes from a Michigan State Police officer whose name I didn’t catch but anyway it goes a little something like this. I’m standin there drinkin my beer and I turn around and see this cop running at me, he grabs my shoulder and yells “Pour it out now or spend the night in jail!” Needless to say, I complied. Unfortunately, I didn’t have my digital cam on me but luckily Mearini was there with his bad ass camera cell phone so he took the pics and emailed them to me. Big ups to Ryan Mearini for these pictures, enjoy the riot!

Current Song: “Linkin Park – “Breaking The Habit” (New Linkin Park CD is amazing by the way. Thanks to Chouse for hookin me up with the ripped copy!) – Finally I have some time to get up all the cabin party pictures from last weekend. The cabin was amazing as usual, we had over 30 people there this time and it looks like we’ll have even more over this coming summer. But anyway, this time at the cabin we had a lot of first timers. Amy, Kaitlyn, Craig, Justin, Buff, and Ryan were all there and of course you know they loved it. Ken’s dad and dad’s girlfriend, Angel also came up and partied with us. Angel kept us fed with pizza rolls and chicken wings, it was nice to have someone to keep us fed for once. It was so good to see everyone from GVSU again. It’s funny for me to type about the cabin party because uhm I really can’t remember everything that happend, but I know a lot of stuff did hah. Anyway, thats about all for that, so go check out the cabin party pictures here and enjoy!
Thats for you Mark!

Current Song: “Ginuine feat. Baby – “Hell Yeah” –Seeing as how I’ve been updating like non-stop lately, I don’t have a ton to say. Last night I was interviewed by the State News for an article that was printed today entitled, “Students, residents absorb initial visions of war”. It’s on page 4w, but just in case you didn’t get a chance to read it you can view it online here, at the State News. My quote is the following: Electrical engineering sophomore Robbie Nalette said he’s glad that Bush “finally got down to business.” “I was scared and surprised at the beginning,” Nalette said. “But I realize that it’s about time this happened. We gotta take care of Iraq.”
I also wanted to share with you the joke of the day. The “Joke Of the Day” is awarded to non other than 507’s very own, Kyle Oatley, its a good one.
President Bush and Colin Powell are in a bar. A guy walks over and says “Wow, what are you guys doing in here?” Bush says, “We’re planning WW III. We’re going to kill 24 million Iraqis & one beautiful blonde with big boobs.”The guy says, “A beautiful blonde with big boobs! Why kill a beautiful blonde with big boobs?” Bush turns to Powell, laughs & says,” I told you no one would worry about 24 million Iraqis! Let’s fucking roll!”
LOL, thanks for the early morning laugh Kyle. OH ya, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY ALEX!

Current TV: CNN – “Breaking News: War With Iraq” –Finally, today (or technically yesterday because its past midnight) we attacked Iraq. With 40 Tomahawk Cruise Missle’s being launched from battleships in the Red Sea and Persian Gulf we have begun the drop on Baghdad. But anyway, as I was reading through my AIM Away messages I came across Alex’s and by far he has the best away message. Therefore, Alex, you sir win “Best Away Message Of The Day!” So here she is, enjoy:
Auto response from BigAl2002 (1:03:32 AM): This statement will solve all of the debate on the war in Iraq: If you don’t approve of the war in Iraq, if you have no faith in our PRESIDENT’S judgement and wisdom, if you think we’re the world’s antagonists and all you do is complain about our ELECTED OFFICIALS doing all they can to preserve the peace and prosperity our forefathers have given so much to protect, well FUCK YOU. GET THE HELL OUT OF MY COUNTRY.
Ahh patriotism at its best, you are right on with that statement. Along with this post comes a new POLL question (Polling booth is on the left hand side menu down a little bit, you can’t miss it). The new question is: Was the U.S. right in attacking Iraq as soon as we did?
