How About an Update?

Current Song: Dave Matthews Band – Live In Central Park, NY – “What You Are” What’s up everyone? It’s been some time since an update and even though I have really nothing exciting to say I still thought I should get somethin up here. I’ve been super busy this past week with my Mechanical Eng. final project (modeling a fishing reel in Unigraphics). It was a huge task but the group and myself got everything just about done ahead of schedule which is fantastic. I’m gonna take some screen shots of this bitch next time I get a chance so I can show you all what I do with my time.

Tonight I’m fully relaxing. Kim and I are going to watch a movie and just hang out because I think im getting up early tomorrow to drink and tailgate for the football game. Which brings me to thought #2. I’m starting to think I’d rather skip our home football game tomorrow just to watch the OSU vs. U of M game. It should be stellar, the best running offense against the best running defense its a tough call, I think U of M is going to pull of the victory and be Big Ten Champs this year. At least we’ll keep it in Michigan right? Always next year guys.

On a side note here are some things I’ve learned this past week: I’m addicted to Diet Pepsi, I always hated Dave Matthews but now I can’t stop listening to the crazy bastard, Mechanical Engineering is very entertaining, yet, at the same time very frustrating, integrals really do serve a purpose and are in fact quite interesting, and finally, Ryan Hogle cannot beat Buf and Paul at beer pong, especially when he’s on a team by himself. Have a great weekend. Oh ya, and I archived the old news you can check it out here and one more thing, I deleted the old counter file to this website (the thing that counts how many hits I have). It was kinda an accident but I got to write down the final count before it was deleted. Up until 8:27 PM today there were: 33 total Hits and 25 original hits. The overall number of hits were: 12,625 Total and 6,248 original. Just in case you wondered.

First MSU Cabin Party

Current Song: Eminem feat. Dr. Dre – “If I Get Locked Up Tonight” As you all know last Friday was the first MSU Cabin Party. We didn’t leave MSU until like 5:30, WAY off schedule and we had way too many uneccesary stops along the way. We ended up not even getting to the cabin until almost 9:30 but that wasn’t a huge deal. When I walked into the dark cabin I had a feeling something was outta place. I turned the lights on and what did we see? Thousands of dead and alive lady bugs. They were all over the ceiling and all over the kitchen floor. Not exactly what I was expecting and most certainly not what the people that have never been to the cabin were waiting for. As if that wasn’t bad enough when we tried to vacuum them up we realized 2 things. 1.) Vacuum #1 didn’t work and 2.) Vacuum #2 worked well, but the bag was full. So I left everyone at the cabin to start drinking while Kaitlyn and I ventured to the liquor store next to the Oasis for firewood and then into the Ludington area to Meijors so we could buy a few things IE. vacuum bags, antibacterial wipes, doritoes, beer, etc etc. On the way back from Meijors I was speeding down US 10 East when a westbound police officer drove past me and fully U turned. Oh ya, I got pulled over, but luckily the cop was cool and I told him the whole lady bug story and he let me off. By the time we got back most everyone was drunk and we still had to clean up. It didn’t take too long to get the vacuuming done and the rest of the cleaning. I’d say by about 11 everyone was partying and gettin stupid. The rest of the night was this and that and that and this, a few stories here and there but nothing super amazing to mention. The pictures from the cabin are now up.

On a sidenote, I have a few more pictures from the DIRRTY Jenga Night that Kim took and boy are they cute, you can see them at the bottom of the dirrty jenga page.

On another sidenote the following two pictures were taken at Jeremy’s place one night when we were all hanging out, they were so cute I had to put them up. (The poor quality of the picture is because I took pictures of the pictures with my digital camera instead of scanning)

Crazy Halloween Fun

Current Song: Used – “The Taste of Ink” Friday night was Halloween and with Halloween at MSU comes a lot of fun. I started the night off where I usually do, The Oaks, more specifically in Kim and Sikulas’ apartment. Kim was a gangster from back in the day, Sikula was Titty-Hontis (AKA an Indian Girl), I wasn’t really anything, I just had a mask that I would throw on occasionally. We all got pretty plastered and then split up. Me, Buf, and Ryan decided to go meet up with Amy and her friends for some party. Which was fine and everything, but then I found out Cherie lost her Nextel so I 2-wayed it and talked to the kid that found it. Needless to say, I ended up going to Wilson to get her phone, I would be freakin out if I lost my phone so it wasn’t a big deal for me. Anyway, the rest of the weekend wasn’t too exciting, MSU lost to U of M in football but it was a fairly good game, and it was close for the most part. Not like any of you read what I write here anyway, all you want are the pictures.
