Tequilla Shots and the “High Life”

Current Song: 311 – “Transistor” It was a pretty eventful weekend in Troy (wow, I can’t believe I just said that). On Friday the trio came over for a reunion (Mark, Ryan, and Erika). We went in the jacuzzi and sat in that thing for 3 hours! Apperently we had a lot of catching up to do, it was great to get everyone reunited again I miss them so much.Saturday I went to Novi and met up with Jeremy, Ryan, and Christine to go shopping at 12 Oaks Mall. I bought a few things from AE, bathing suit, shirts, etc. However, I need to go return a shirt or two tomorrow. After shopping we went to the Bora Bora cafe for a hooka, Ryan liked it a lot and surprisingly Christine did too. After that the happy couple went back to Shelby Twnsp. Me and Jeremy decided to go see “The Butterfly Effect”. It was really sweet I liked it a lot. I don’t know how it got such shitty reviews, I thought it was put together quite well and Ashton wasn’t a complete tool in it either. After the movie I went back to Troy, I wanted to see all my neighbors. They were all at our house because it was my parents turn to host the monthly Euchar party. I won’t lie, everyone was pretty hammered, so I joined in. Me and my dad did a few tequilla shots and I definetely drank quite a few Miller High Lifes, it was a good night.

Sunday morning we all went to church and after that we headed over to my grandmas to celebrate my mom and my aunt Sue’s birthdays. It was a good time, we got to eat some good food and hang out with the fam.

This week is gonna be great, one test on Thursday, Pysch 209. I can’t wait for this week to be over, finally almost Spring break time! Boca here we come! Anyway, I’m beat so I’m gonna hit the hay. Have a great week everyone.

By the way, new picture of the week. This is my most favorite picture of Ryan. It’s the “Can I offer you a taco” picture. This happend last year at DBall, Jimmy, and Potts’ apartment. I mean thats seriously all the explanation the picture needs.

Drunken Rap, Not Always the Best Idea

Current TV: Family Guy This past weekend was a ton of fun! Friday I hung out with Kimberly which is always a good time (“Who got the lemonade?”). On Saturday I went back to Troy to see the Abrasive Method guys and entourage. We met at Chucks around 8 to let the pre drinking commence. At 9:30 we headed off to Shaboooms for the show. Let me tell you, $1 drafts for of age and underage kids is not a good thing. By the time A.M went on, everyone was pretty drunk. Anyway, the show was OK, but the alcohol had its effects on the guys. After A.M, the L.Y.N.X came onstage and tore it up, Kreep even pulled my ass up onstage. After the show we headed back to Chucks for some more drinking and drunken story telling, always fun. That was pretty much the extent of my weekend, it was a good time for sure.

On a sidenote, I updated the POW, or the Picture of the Week if you couldn’t figure it out. This picture is of me and Erin at Brooke’s going away party which was a ball except for rude girls…

On another sidenote, Boca Raton, Florida is only 11 days away!

Bye, Bye Brooklyn

Current Song: Nirvana – “Heart Shaped Box” Yes it’s true, Brooklyn will be leaving us for 5 months in a few days. While we students brave the cold to go to class my girl will be ballin with shorts and T’s and dodging marcupials in sunny and warm Sydney, Australia for study abroad. So in honor last night there was a party at Pat’s place in CedarView. However, the night started at the Oaks (like what else is new) where we got our drink on in a premature celebration of Paul maynes 21st birthday. Around 11:20 me and Jeremy hopped in Big Daddy to get to Pat’s. The party was a whole hell of a lot of fun, I got to see a lot of people I haven’t seen in a long time like Vicky, Erin, Emily, Pat, not to mention Brooke. Around 3:15 AM I left the party and by 4 AM i was crashing in my bed back at Holden. This morning I had to get up at 9:00 AM to make it to DeWitt Highschool to see my sisters Varsity Cheerleading Competition. They did totally stellar and got first place! Anyway, below is a picture of the cheer team with the trophy.

Up and Running (finally)

Current Song: Bottomed Out – “Hamgo” Some of you may have noticed that this website has been non-exhistant the past 3 or 4 days (in some cases even longer). The reason for this is that I forgot to renew my domain name subscription (way to go). After I resubscribed I forgot to reset the nameservers which caused the site to be down for an extra day, its funny how much I miss this thing when its not around. Anyway, this weekend is Valentines Day (booooo) but I do get to my sisters cheerleading competion with Katie and Jeremy if we can get him out of bed on time.

You may have noticed (but probably not) that I took down the three pictures that were on the left side of the page (statue of liberty middle finger, OSU kid middle finger and the chinkee chickee picture). I think I’m gonna start putting up a Picture Of The Week. I’m going to select a completely random picture in my screensaver picture folder (think point and click with eyes closed) to use each week. So, the introductory POW (picture of week, as I like to say) is…… Erica and I with Jake from Grove Street in the background. Check it out on the left side of the page.

Corporate Hoes and CEO’s

Current Song: KoRn – “Ball Tongue” Last night was the first night in a while I’ve actually gone out to “party” persay. Somehow Mary convinced me to go to the Sig Eps Corporate Hoes and CEO’s party. If you know who I am you know I don’t do frats but I was sick of the usual stayin in theme so I decided to go for it. But before I get to that the night actually started at 7:30 when Taylor came and picked me up to go to her friends apartment to watch the State game and pre drink. It was a good time, got to meet some new people, hang out with Kathy of course. At 10:30 or so Mary, Emily, and Amanda picked me up and we headed back to Yakely. We had to go pick up 2 people and ironically the first persons place we went to was Anthony. This is ironic because its the same Anthony that I met at the plasma donation center so that was kinda cool. After that we all headed to Rob’s room where the girly alcohol was. At this point we decided that the Sig Ep party wasn’t worth going to so our new destination was a house party on Elizabeth Street. The party was surprisingly good and I ran into Stephanie and her friends there. At 2 AM we headed out to Georgios for some pizza and after that I walked back to Holden (without a coat and it SUCKED). It was a fairly fun night I must say. Today I have to study for a spanish quiz on Tuesday and of course today is the Super Bowl so we’ll (Ryan and I) be headed to Buf and Jeremy’s most likely. Patriots all the way. Have a great week kids.
