New Year’s Eve 06
Current TV: Cops– This New Years Eve began at 7 PM with Amanda arriving at my house to indulge in my fantastic cooking. I made her a dinner of shrimp stuffed Fillet Mignon, Southern style green beans with bacon and new potatoes, and Romaine salad with creamy garlic dressing and croutons (everything homemade!) I set the basement up with tea candles and put green crepe paper over the lights to set the mood (lol) it was as fabulous as the food was (seriously). After dinner we went to Amanda’s friends house (Brad) where the evening was spent with friends and lots of champagne even though I couldn’t really drink since I was driving. On a more dissapointing side note, I’m still jobless. I apply to jobs almost daily, Michigan really really sucks….I need to move to Texas where all the jobs are!
